Their cellar door tasting room, showcases sensational views of their lush vineyard and the surrounding ranges, while their exceptional chef hatted restaurant also presents dishes that have been made from the best of local produce.
If you love Austrian wines, or are just curious to try something new, then you should make your way to the Hahndorf Hill Winery. A compact, boutique vineyard located on the fringes of the historic, German-heritage village of Hahndorf, the vineyard is on a mission to introduce the food-friendly grape varieties of Austria to the local wine scene. Specialising in superb Austrian-varietal wines that have been made with grape varieties like Gruner Veltliner and Zweigelt, their selection, and operation as a whole is very impressive.
Also in Hahndorf, The Lane Vineyard sits 400 metres high atop the undulating hills that reside by the Onkaparinga Valley.
